How to use KimTechSolution delivery
Step-by-step
- 1. Customer info — enter your name, phone, and email so we can reach you with updates.
- 2. Pickup details — business or sender name, pickup address, and a phone we can call on arrival.
- 3. Drop-off details — recipient name, address, and a phone for the final-mile contact.
- 4. Package & urgency — choose package type, weight, and how fast you need it (Standard, Express, Same-day).
- 5. Pricing method — pick By distance, By city zone, or Restaurant flat zone (see right).
- 6. Payment — Cash on delivery, Visa/Mastercard online, PayPal, or MMG to +592 612-8012 (use your name & phone as reference).
- 7. Get quote — tap Get Delivery Cost to see your Estimated Delivery Fee in GYD.
- 8. Confirm — tap Confirm Delivery Request. You'll get an order number and a tracking link.
Pricing methods
- By distance — best when you know the miles between pickup and drop-off.
- By city zone — Zone 1 (0–3 mi), Zone 2 (3–6 mi), Zone 3 (6–10 mi), Zone 4 (10+ mi, long distance).
- Restaurant flat zone — flat rate for Central Georgetown, East Bank, or East Coast Demerara.
What we move
- • Documents, parcels, retail, groceries, pharmacy & electronics.
- • Food orders from restaurants (use the Restaurant flat zone).
- • Person transport / ride-style pickups — choose Other as package type and note pickup & drop-off names in Special instructions.
- • Heavy items over 10 lbs — tick the Large package box so the right vehicle is dispatched.
Tips for an accurate quote
- • Give a landmark with the address (e.g. "next to GBTI Vlissengen").
- • Set Expected pickup wait if the sender needs time to package — first 10 minutes are free.
- • Choose Express or Same-day when timing matters; Standard is the cheapest option.
Hours: Mon–Sat 7am–8pm, Sun 9am–6pm (Guyana time). Bookings outside hours are queued and dispatched when we open.
