How to Track a Delivery in Guyana (and What Each Status Actually Means)

Confused by delivery statuses like Assigned, En Route, or Attempted? Here's what every stage in the Kimtech Solution tracking flow really means.

Kimtech Solution 4 min read

Every Kimtech Solution delivery has a tracking link and an order number. Here's what each status in the tracker actually means — and what to do if your order looks stuck at one of them.

Received

The booking is in our system and awaiting driver assignment. Usually 5–20 minutes at busy times.

Assigned

A specific driver has accepted the pickup. You'll see their name and photo. From this point you can also see live location once they start moving.

Picked Up

The driver has collected the package from the sender. The clock on the delivery ETA starts from this moment.

En Route

Driver is on the way to the drop-off. If the driver has multiple deliveries in the same run, you'll see your position in the queue.

Attempted

The driver arrived but couldn't complete the drop — usually no answer at the door, wrong address, or recipient refused. You'll get a call and a redelivery is scheduled for the next available slot (usually same day if it was before 4 PM).

Delivered

The driver has handed over the package. For COD orders, this also confirms cash was collected. A photo of the delivery is attached to the tracking record.

What to do if a status hasn't updated in over an hour

Call our dispatch line or WhatsApp us with your order number. Most stuck statuses are just a driver forgetting to tap 'delivered' at the door — we can confirm in under two minutes.
