1. Agreement
By using KimTechSolution ("we", "us") to book deliveries or related logistics services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Services
We provide last-mile delivery, freight forwarding, warehousing, and fulfillment services in and into Guyana. We may engage independent drivers and partner carriers to complete deliveries.
3. Customer obligations
- Provide accurate pickup and drop-off details, including a reachable phone number.
- Package items safely. Fragile or perishable items must be labeled.
- Do not ship prohibited items (firearms, hazardous goods, illegal substances, currency, live animals).
4. Pricing & payment
Fees are calculated based on distance, urgency, and package size. The fee shown at booking is an estimate; final fees may adjust for actual distance or surcharges. Payment is due upon successful delivery unless prepaid.
5. Liability
Our maximum liability for any lost or damaged package is the lesser of the declared package value or GYD 50,000, unless additional insurance has been arranged in writing.
6. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before a driver is dispatched at no charge. Once a driver is en route, cancellation fees may apply. See our Refund Policy.
