The small print

Care companions provide company, mobility help and safe transport. They are not a substitute for a nurse, doctor or emergency service.
On-site waiting time is charged per started hour from the agreed arrival time.
A woman driver is matched wherever one is on duty in the area. If none is available, dispatch tells you before the trip and the priority match fee is not charged.
Anyone handling a care escort or errand run holds a current police clearance on file with us.
